Hello Church Family:
No doubt many people are wondering if we will be having a Church service tomorrow.
My nature is “no problem!, I have AWD and I’m from Sudbury, so press on regardless through the snow!”
However, many people have contributed to this decision that the overall safety of our congregation and staff
is most important. Environment Canada has forecasted that “tomorrow morning will be particularly unsafe
with treacherous conditions, high winds causing sudden near zero visibility at times, and the added bonus of potential
freezing drizzle. Travel will be hazardous and is not recommended.”
Soooo… with great reluctance, we will err on the side of caution and postpone tomorrow’s service until next Sunday.
As a lot of work has been done to prepare this service, and I do not want to provide less than our best, via Zoom or any
other method. I encourage you to check the SERVICES section of our website, or on Youtube for a past service you may have missed or wish to rewatch.
Christmas Eve might be a particularly good choice! 🙂
Please stay safe and contact anyone who you think may not read this email in time.
Blessings to all,
Rev. Ted
